Account Manager – 12 Month FTC
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager with Print and POS experienceto join our team here at The Delta Group for a 9 month fixed term contract initally.
The successful candidate will provide a service that focuses on putting the customer first, delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times. You will manage projects from start to finish ensuring they are flawlessly moved through the business to provide client satisfaction whilst being pro-active in your approach towards the client, assisting them and the account team to meet all business objectives.
You will be autonomous and flexible with sharing your time based at either of our offices in Walthamstow or Waltham Cross and being onsite (client) as required.

Senior Account Manager
develop, deliver and report on the Annual Development Plan
engage with new business opportunities
on-boarding of new clients
build and on-board a Western European supply chain and logistics partners as
the Delta business within the client, leading by example, showing thought
leadership and delivering against agreed SLAs
benefit the client
expectations and aim to deliver exceptional service
production teams to ensure there is a two way flow of information and both
teams are working together to deliver for the client
Head of European Operations. Reporting should include performance against SLA’s
/ KPI’s, reverse SLA’s, cost saving initiatives, new opportunities delivered,
financial position etc.
